Psyllium super fiber to the rescue! Our Psyllium Husk Caps add fantastic levels of soluble fiber to your diet and may help with digestive issues such as leaky gut or constipation and can also help you feeling full and satisfied if you’re trying to lose weight through diet and exercise. Psyllium is gentle on your digestion, but we suggest taking each capsule with a full glass (8oz) of water to help the body absorb the fiber. Bottle contains 200 capsules in all.
