I've been eating soy nuts for years and have tried them from many different companies. I was blown away by how much better they are from nuts.com! On a scale, it's like nuts.com is a 10 and everything else I've tried is a one. The disparity is that shocking to me. The flavors and the roast combine to deliver a snacking experience I have never had before with other brands. Hi protein (10g), high fiber (5g) and only 10g of carbs, leaving a net glycemic index of only 5g of carbs. One of the best guilt-free snacks you can eat and at a great price per pound to boot. If you have kids, soy nuts and raisins are perfect. If you like soy nuts in general (or have never had them) you owe it to yourself to try these.
