My new favorite cereal. Very picky about granola and granola-type foods. The ginger flavor is superb. The crunch holds up in milk. Good to munch straight out of the bag. I got home late from work the other night and needed a hot snack. Heated some milk, poured some of the Chia-Ginger Superfood Cereal into a bowl, topped it with some of the organic dried Blueberries from Nuts.com, added the hot milk. Perfect!
