These are the best! I use them in so my ways including toasting them to cut the acid and eat by the handful. I bake a great walnut bread, I eat lectin-free. My wonderful Walnut bread recipe is from The Plant Paradox Cookbook. Found in Dr. S. R. Guntry's bestseller. This change in my diet has helped me a great deal with my pain and without trying my wieght too!
