This Nuts Raspberry is very much more "pungent" (i.e., acidic/less sweet) than the Ultima (which is completely sugar-free, incidently).....so I decided to add a quantity of the Nuts Mango powder to it ....and now.....it is quite delicious, too.....end of problem!

Looks great. Haven’t put it to use yet but it’ll be going in a chocolate raspberry sourdough bread with a almond Rocha glaze for Christmas! Can’t wait to try it!
