Thicker than I expected and if you get any in the ziplock part of bag it will not close fully. Not as sweet as liquid Agave but helps thicken and sweeten smoothies. May try it in bake goods. Did not like in my coffee, a little lumpy even though I really stirred. But you get a lot more product for less money than local grocery store.
