This is a fantastic organic alternate to dairy cream! I make a hot chocolate with extra virgin coconut oil, a hefty tablespoon of the coconut milk powder, raw cacao powder, a dash of cinnamon and a teaspoon of maple syrup. Total yummo! And it travels very well on a backpacking/car camping trip, better than any instant creamer or dairy milk powder. Substitutes excellently for milk in any recipe. A favorite and monthly item on my Nuts order!
