This is the 2nd time I've purchased these beans and will continue to do so because they are simply THE BEST. Since the start of the pandemic I have tried a LOT of dried beans from a variety of brands, and Nuts.com's are the highest quality of all. They are so clean (no rocks, debris, or dirt in any of their beans that I've purchased) and they cook up wonderfully. These beans are fresh, not old, split in half, or woody, and they don't require extra cooking time. I've used these cannellini beans in 3-bean salads, soups, stews, pastas, you name it. They hold their shape in any dish and taste delicious. They're really the best of the best and absolutely worth the slightly higher price as compared to other brands. If you're on the fence, I don't think you'll regret getting these.
